Introduction to Bourd
Bourd is a platform for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). It provides the tools to monitor, analyze, and influence how your brand is represented in responses from every major Model Provider — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI, and Google AI Mode.
This document provides a high-level overview of the platform and a guide to getting started.
Core functionality
Section titled “Core functionality”Traditional SEO tools don’t track how your brand is represented inside AI answers. Bourd does.
Key features
Section titled “Key features”- Multi-model monitoring: Run prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI, and Google AI Mode to compare brand representation, sentiment, and ranking.
- Competitive intelligence: Track competitor mentions alongside your own to calculate share of voice and ranking position (e.g., 1st, 2nd, or 3rd mention) within AI-generated lists.
- Citation source analysis: Identify the specific URLs and domains that AI models cite as sources. This maps the content and publications that influence your brand’s perception.
- Automated analysis: Schedule prompts to run on a weekly or monthly basis to build a historical dataset for trend analysis.
- Analytics and reporting: Visualize trends, measure the impact of marketing and PR efforts on AI visibility, and track AEO metrics.
