2. Understanding Workspaces

- Brands and Competitors
- Prompts
- Analysis Results
- Schedules
- Team members and permissions specific to that workspace
All data is scoped to a single workspace. This structure is designed for clean data separation.
Use Cases for Multiple Workspaces
Section titled “Use Cases for Multiple Workspaces”It is common to use multiple workspaces to manage different contexts, such as:
- Separate product lines or brands within a portfolio.
- Agency work, with one workspace per client.
- Different environments (e.g.,
Production Monitoringvs.Testing).
3. Creating Your First Workspace
Section titled “3. Creating Your First Workspace”After creating your account, you will be prompted to create your first workspace.
- Enter a Workspace Name: This should be a descriptive name for the project (e.g., “Acme SaaS Monitoring,” “Client X Project”).
- Click Create Workspace.
You will be redirected to the dashboard of your new workspace. The URL will follow the pattern
geo.bourd.dev/{workspace-slug}.
