Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will come into effect at the next billing cycle. You can purchase top up credits at any time that carry over month to month (12 month expiry).
Can I try Bourd for free?
Yes! Every new account gets 1,000 free credits (enough for 10-20 prompt responses) with no credit card required. You can explore the platform and test prompts across multiple AI models to see the value before choosing a paid plan. We also provide a full refund (minus any consumed credits) within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied. If you commit to a 30 minute customer interview we will discount $50 from your first month on any plan.
