Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Top-up credits are available any time and carry over for 12 months.
Can I try Bourd for free?
Yes. Every new account gets 1,000 free credits (enough for 10-20 prompt responses). No credit card required. Test prompts across multiple models before choosing a paid plan. Full refund within 14 days, minus any consumed credits.
How many prompts can I run on each plan?
Prompts are unlimited on every plan. You're billed per response. One response is one model answering one prompt once, so a prompt scheduled weekly across four models is about 17 responses a month. Credit cost per response depends on the model: Llama 4 and DeepSeek 3 run around 10 credits; GPT-5 class thinking models run 100–400. Starter (25,000 credits) covers roughly 70 prompts at that cadence, Growth (75,000) around 200, Pro (750,000) around 2,000. The calculator on this page estimates your usage before you commit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Scheduled prompts stop running. You're not charged for overage by default. To keep going, buy top-up credits at any time. Top-ups range from $1.30 to $2.00 per 1,000 credits depending on tier and carry over for 12 months. You can also upgrade mid-cycle and the difference is prorated.
Do you offer annual pricing or discounts?
No. Plans are month-to-month and usage-based. You control volume through schedule frequency, so the monthly cost stays predictable. Credits carry over for 12 months, so you can move between plans as volume changes.
How do I cancel my plan?
Cancel from billing settings any time. No call required. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Unused top-up credits remain valid for 12 months, even after you cancel.
Do you charge per user or per brand?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, workspaces, and brands. Seat count and client count don't change your bill. Credit usage does.
Is the API included on every plan?
Yes. The REST API and MCP server are on every plan, including Starter. No enterprise tier, no API add-on. Documentation is public.

How is my data secured?

Yes. Unlimited workspaces let you separate each client's brand, prompts, and competitors. Multi-account membership means the same operator can move between agency-owned and client-owned accounts with one login. Billing is aggregated at the account level.
