Prompt Tags

Organize your prompts with tags. Create custom labels, filter your prompt library, and bulk-tag multiple prompts at once.

You can now organize your prompts with custom tags. As your prompt library grows, tags help you categorize, filter, and manage prompts more efficiently.

What’s New

  • Custom tags: Create tags with any name to categorize your prompts. Tags are unique per workspace and shared across your team.
  • Inline tag creation: Add new tags on the fly while tagging prompts. No need to create them separately first.
  • Bulk tagging: Select multiple prompts and apply tags to all of them at once, saving time when organizing large prompt libraries.
  • Filter by tags: Use the tag filter bar on the Prompts page to instantly narrow down your view to specific categories.
  • Schedule integration: Prompt schedules can target tagged prompts, making it easy to automate analysis for specific groups.

Why This Matters

As you build out your AI monitoring strategy, your prompt library grows quickly. You might have prompts for:

  • Different product lines or services
  • Various competitor sets
  • Specific use cases (pricing, features, reviews)
  • Campaign or quarterly tracking

Without organization, finding and managing the right prompts becomes time-consuming. Tags let you slice your library any way that makes sense for your workflow.
